The Trial Update is a major new feature that allows users to view additional results from clinical trials as they become available. This includes supplemental analyses, prespecified subsets and secondary end points not originally included in the study protocol.
Clinical trial end points mature at different times; overall response data are usually available before progression-free survival or OS; and in some cases, long-term toxicity information is not available at first reporting. The goal of the Trial Update is to make these additional results widely available and useful.
In addition to this, the Tricky Trials Update adds a number of other features including:
New mobs (like silverfish, skeletons and strays) can spawn in trial chambers, alongside new blocks (including Decorated Pots that can be smashed for loot), and combat challenges that reward players with ominous trial keys (that unlock the ominous vaults). Players that successfully complete these fights will get a variety of rewards, including the new mace!
This update also brings in new decorative items including armor trims, banners and pottery sherds, along with a range of new building materials including Tuff blocks that can be chiseled and 20 new paintings. There is also a new automated crafting system called the Crafter that lets you create any recipe in the game using redstone and can be controlled by an AI companion. It can even craft a variety of new tools, including the new mace. Finally, the update brings in a few minor changes such as adjusting some tooltips and adding new music.
